Corporate Construction and Maintenance Services Pty Ltd (CCMS) is a family-owned business located in Adelaide's Southern Suburbs. CCMS is a medium-sized business, the successful applicant will work independently and alongside a team of various trades.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and energetic person who is committed to joining our growing, close-knit team.

The successful applicant will be subject to 6 months probation period.

The Role

Attending sites and inspecting repairs and minor works, estimating resources, and labour needed to provide completion of works. Your duties would include performing research, gathering quotations, dealing with clients and managing small maintenance jobs. Duties of the successful candidate may vary day-to-day, however, all work must be carried out in line with the current codes of practice. The successful candidate are expected to work in a respectful and professional manner and follow all health, and safety standards.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

To be considered for this role you will need to be fully licensed and agree to obtain a DCSI and SAPOL Clearance.

Proven track record of knowledge in carpentry and general building

Ability to work efficiently, maintaining a clean working environment

Ability to work in a team environment and individually

Attention to detail

Customer focus and professional communication skills

White card

Current valid driver’s license

You Must

Be diligent and professional in the pursuit of the job and project outcomes

Have effective communication and interpersonal skills

Display excellent organizational skills

Be able to execute exceptional time management skills

Have a trade certificate, tertiary qualifications, or provide evidence of on job skills

Have experience in Building industries

Display the ability to work to deadlines and strive to complete projects within the budgeted time or sooner with accuracy
