As we continue to expand our footprint in Australia, we are seeking a passionate and results-driven Franchise Sales Manager to join our National Development team. This role will support the Chief of Franchise Development in driving the strategic growth of our franchise network across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Development & Sales

Identify and engage qualified franchise prospects aligned with MindChamps’ values and quality standards.

Manage the full franchise sales journey from initial enquiry through to contract signing and onboarding.

Deliver engaging franchise presentations and guide prospects through each step of the process.

Prepare and issue Franchise Information Statements (FIS), applications, and agreements in accordance with the Franchising Code of Conduct.

Strategy & Growth Execution

Develop and execute the national franchise sales strategy and growth roadmap.

Establish and monitor KPIs relating to lead generation, conversion rates, and territory development.

Conduct market research and demographic analysis to guide expansion planning and territory mapping.

Stakeholder Engagement

Build strong relationships with prospective and current franchisees, investors, and business partners.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, legal, compliance, operations) to ensure seamless onboarding.

Represent MindChamps at franchising expos, industry networking events, and thought-leadership forums.

Compliance & Governance

Ensure full compliance with Australian Consumer Law and the Franchising Code of Conduct.

Maintain accurate and thorough records of all franchise communications, applications, and due diligence processes.

Stay abreast of regulatory changes, industry best practices, and FCA guidelines.

Key Requirements

Degree or diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing, Franchising, or a related field.

Membership with the Franchise Council of Australia (FCA) or equivalent industry body (preferred).

Minimum 5 years’ experience in franchise sales, business development, or a related role.

Demonstrated success in recruiting, converting, and onboarding franchisees in a structured and compliant environment.

Strong understanding of Australian franchising legislation, the Franchising Code of Conduct, and consumer law requirements.

Commercial acumen with a strong track record in deal negotiation and closing.

Experience in early childhood education, allied health, family services, or a values-driven sector (highly regarded).

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and remotely with accountability.

Professional integrity and a collaborative approach when engaging internal and external stakeholders.
