About the Role

As Sales Manager, you’ll:

Lead and coach a dedicated team of 3–5 Sales Professionals

Drive customer outcomes and team success with clear KPIs

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share

Collaborate with senior leadership and marketing on high-impact campaigns

Champion customer satisfaction and CRM-based lead management (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

Oversee showroom presentation, stock readiness, and sales floor performance

Who You Are

A passionate, energetic sales leader with 3+ years in Sales Management

Proven experience managing teams, sales pipelines, and customer satisfaction

Excellent communicator and negotiator with stakeholder management skills

Driven, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments

CRM savvy (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Excel/Word/Outlook proficient

Current Driver’s Licence (Required), Boat Licence (Desirable)

Experience in marine, caravan, RV, or auto sales (Highly regarded)
