As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving new business development and expanding our client base across the region. What you'll be doing

Identifying and prospecting new sales leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing

Negotiating and closing sales contracts with new and existing clients

Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets

Providing exceptional customer service and building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients

Collaborating with the marketing team to create and execute targeted campaigns

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities

Mentoring and supporting the sales team to foster their professional development

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably within the sales industry

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address client needs

Proficient in using sales tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets

Relevant tertiary qualifications in sales, marketing, or a related field
