Join a dynamic, high-performing team supporting some of Australia's most respected builders and architects. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in keeping installation workflows on track in a fast-paced, outcomes-focused business.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate installation and measurement schedules for stair systems
  • Liaise with internal teams and site supervisors to ensure jobs run smoothly
  • Use tools like ASANA and QuickBooks to manage bookings and communication
  • Stay ahead of issues, confirm job readiness, and keep stakeholders informed
  • Help production stay ahead by spotting delays and incomplete installs

About You

  • Experience in construction or manufacturing admin, preferably with builders or suppliers
  • Friendly, organised and calm under pressure
  • Tech savvy-comfortable with modern scheduling tools (ASANA, QuickBooks, MS Office)
  • A natural communicator who follows through
  • Thrive in a role with minimal customer stress, focused on internal coordination
