About the Role:

CladBoy Australia is seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to manage the day-to-day logistics and scheduling of our national fleet of vacuum lifting machines. This office-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, thrives on attention to detail, and can confidently coordinate across teams and time zones.

Reporting directly to the Director/Manager, you’ll be responsible for coordinating machine hire bookings, scheduling freight and servicing, and maintaining accurate records - ensuring equipment is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate equipment hire bookings, including quoting and customer communication

Schedule freight and logistics for deliveries and collections across Australia and New Zealand

Organise service schedules and maintenance planning with workshop teams

Maintain records of hire activity, inspections, and inventory levels

Work closely with sales, service, and admin teams to ensure smooth operations

What You’ll Need:

Strong organisational and communication skills

Experience in logistics, scheduling or equipment hire coordination

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general admin systems

Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
