About the role
An exceptional career opportunity is now available for a Branch Manager or Aftersales Manager to lead the flagship branch of a major national agricultural machinery dealership, based in the key regional hub of Esperance, WA.

This is a pivotal leadership role with a dedicated focus on the aftersales side of the business. You will take full operational responsibility for the parts and service departments, driving performance and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This position offers a high degree of autonomy, empowering you to run the branch as your own and make a significant impact without the responsibility of new machinery sales.

This is a hands-on role for a visible leader. Your primary mission is to provide the strong, on-the-ground leadership the team needs to thrive. You will be instrumental in mentoring your team, steadying the ship, and fostering a collaborative, positive, and high-performance culture.

Role responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch's parts and service teams.
• Drive operational performance to meet and exceed business targets.
• Cultivate a positive and highly engaged team environment.
• Manage all branch resources including staff, inventory, and facilities.
• Engage with a diverse agricultural client base to build lasting relationships.
• Champion a culture of safety and best practice throughout the branch.

Required skills:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership or management role.
• An essential background in the agricultural or a related rural industry.
• Demonstrated success in building positive team culture and engagement.
• A hands-on, visible, and energetic leadership style.
• Strong commercial acumen and operational management skills.

Previous exposure to Agricultural and Farming Machinery in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous (but not essential) for this position. Candidates who have experience with brands such as John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Claas, Kubota, Deutz or similar are strongly encouraged to apply.

An attractive remuneration package is on offer for the successful candidate. A fully maintained company vehicle is also provided.
