Farmers Centre are looking for a driven and experienced Parts Manager to lead operations at our Katanning Branch. This is a customer-focused leadership role where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who thrives on connection, challenge, and meaningful impact.

We are a well-established family-owned Agricultural Dealership employing over 80 staff within multiple branch locations in the Great Southern region of Western Australia and we've been servicing our farming communities for over 50 years.

We specialise in Case IH Tractors, Harvesters and Sprayers, JCB Agricultural Telehandlers and Fastrac's, Ausplow Tillage and many other leading brands.

About the Role
You’ll lead a skilled team to deliver high-quality service and support to our valued agricultural customers. Your ability to build relationships, solve problems, and offer accurate advice will keep farmers moving and businesses growing.

Your Day-to-Day

Lead and mentor the Parts team to drive performance

Respond to customer inquiries and sales using various catalogue systems

Provide professional service

Manage inventory for profitability and efficiency

Develop marketing strategies and drive departmental growth

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Strong customer service and communication skills

High-level organisation and administration abilities

Staff management and team motivation experience

Liaise with the Branch Manager and other Management personnel

Computer literacy and problem-solving mindset

Forklift licence (desirable, not essential)

Passion for Ag equipment and the country lifestyle
