🌾 The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for an experienced, motivated, and diagnostically skilled Mechanic to step into the role of Service Manager at our Lake Grace branch. This is a full-time leadership position where you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service and driving workshop success.

🔧 Your Role Will Involve:

Leading and inspiring a skilled team of technicians to uphold high standards

Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing Case IH and JCB equipment including tractors, tillage, sprayers, and harvesters

Overseeing assembly and pre-delivery prep of new machinery

Managing day-to-day scheduling, workshop operations, and field service

Coordinating seasonal service planning (pre/post-harvest)

Providing technical advice to staff and customers

Handling quotes, repair orders, and invoicing

Liaising with the Parts and Branch Management teams

✅ We’re Looking For:

Trade qualifications (Diesel Fitter, Motor Mechanic, or similar)

Strong diagnostic skills across hydraulics, electrics, and mechanics

Proven background in mechanical servicing—agriculture, manufacturing, industrial, or construction

Excellent customer service and communication skills

A valid driver’s licence

A team-oriented, solutions-driven mindset
