An exceptional career opportunity has emerged for a seasoned Branch Manager or senior leader to take charge of the flagship Perth operations of a global OEM.

This pivotal senior leadership role calls for a strong operational manager to guide a dedicated team of over 30 staff in a facility that has recently undergone significant positive transformation. You will be instrumental in fostering stability, mentoring a developing team, and driving operational excellence within the workshop and internal processes.

This is your chance to make a tangible impact, refining systems and enhancing efficiency in a well-supported environment recognised for its recent successes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, mentoring, and stabilising the Perth-based team.
• Taking full ownership of the branch's operational performance, with a primary focus on the workshop.
• Overseeing branch budgets and implementing effective cost-control measures.
• Identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement and refinement.
• Acting as the key liaison between the WA branch and senior management.

To be successful in this role you will possess:

• Proven experience in a Branch Manager or Aftersales Manager position.
• A strong background in service and operational management.
• Essential industry experience in heavy earthmoving, mining, or construction equipment.
• Demonstrated success in leading workshop operations and driving efficiencies.
• Exceptional leadership and team development skills.

On offer is an attractive remuneration package with a base salary in excess of $200,000, negotiable based on your experience. In addition, a car allowance, phone, and an annual bonus structure are provided.
