Up to $125K + plus comms, LOADS of support, progression plan in place
Our client is a leading Property Management team that is looking for their next team player to join their highly skilled team. If you are looking to work in a fantastic open-plan office in a prominent location surrounded by EVERYTHING you need, then this is the role for you.
The Role:
- Manage an exceptionally well-maintained portfolio of approximately 150 properties – all properties are local
- Build strong, long-term relationships with landlords
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests
- Support from repairs & maintenance tea
- Resolve escalated issues and complaints
- Support from offshore administration
- No Leasing
- No Ingoings
- No Administration
The Candidate:
- Certificate of Registration or License, car, driver's license
- A background in Property Management
- A natural relationship builder with exemplary customer service
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
