About the Role
This is a rare opportunity for a senior marketing professional to shape and execute the brand vision of a company poised for national expansion.
You’ll take the reins on end-to-end marketing strategy across a family of brands from a coastal boutique hotel chain and urban dining experiences to a new AI-powered motel venture targeting under-utilised, high-yield properties.
This is a hands-on strategic role, blending brand leadership, campaign execution, and team development. You’ll be leading a small but growing in-house team, supported by some of the best creative minds and agencies in the region.
What You’ll Do
Lead Brand Strategy: Own and evolve the marketing strategy across multiple properties and business units.
Multi-Brand Oversight: Build and manage brand architecture for a diverse hospitality portfolio.
Campaign Management: Drive the development and execution of seasonal and always-on campaigns.
Digital & Performance Marketing: Oversee paid media, SEO/SEM, CRM, retention, and data-driven experimentation.
Creative Direction: Collaborate with leading creatives to craft content that stops the scroll and tells unforgettable stories.
Influencer & PR: Expand our reach with curated partnerships, tastemaker engagement, and earned media strategies.
Tech Integration: Champion AI and martech innovation to improve ROI and streamline marketing operations.
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and grow a small internal team and external collaborators.
Customer Focus: Drive brand engagement with the next-gen traveller, particularly females aged 25–40 seeking premium, design-forward experiences.
What We’re Looking For
7+ years in marketing, with senior experience in hospitality, lifestyle, luxury, or travel brands
Proven track record delivering ROI on integrated marketing campaigns
Strong creative sensibility and brand-building skills
Experience leading high-performing teams and agency relationships
Comfortable working at the intersection of creativity, analytics, and business strategy
Sharp commercial instincts and an understanding of property, yield, and guest lifetime value
Confident presenting to C-suite and collaborating cross-functionally
Experience scaling new brand concepts or start-up/hospitality ventures a bonus
