Position Overview

We're on the lookout for an experienced Retail Property Marketing Manager for a part-time (2 days per week) position based in Sydney CBD. You will be working in the retail and services space, collaborating closely with the commercial marketing team. The hands-on position would be ideal for a strategic thinker, who can provide creative solutions to increase foot-traffic, sales and engagement in the local building. We're looking to demonstrate strategy and be connected to the customer needs, able to showcase achievements and report on campaigns.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement the annual marketing plan, calendar, and budget, collaborating with internal teams to deliver digital, social media, and CRM strategies
• Conduct consumer research and apply insights to campaigns and strategy - reporting on performance.
• Ensure year-on-year growth in social engagement, database, and traffic.
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring accurate processing of invoices and purchase orders.
• Develop and execute community engagement initiatives.
• Support new retailer launches and ongoing marketing activities.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 3 years' experience in retail marketing
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Demonstrable experience setting and implementing successful marketing strategies
• Proven ability to plan and deliver high-quality campaigns, events, and activations.
