We are a small pharmacy team, looking to reinvent the pharmacy starting with an experienced and driven Pharmacy Manager ready to lead the victorian arm of a pharmacy group with equity available for the right personality fit, starting in October.

Assemble your own small team of approx 5 staff, to deliver community pharmacy and aged care pharmacy services to the local community. You will have the close support of incoming ownership, but a huge amount of autonomy and freedom. This is an opportunity to put your own imprint on building a pharmacy up while offering a balance of clinical, community, operational, and strategic responsibilities.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and manage a multidisciplinary pharmacy team.

Oversee day-to-day operations, workforce rostering, and service delivery standards.

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, medication safety protocols, and professional standards.

Provide expert clinical support and oversight of the aged care services to a few homes.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote evidence-based practice.

Liaise with aged care facilities, GPs, allied health, and internal stakeholders to support resident health outcomes.

Inspire, mentor and support training of pharmacists, interns, and pharmacy technicians.
