About the job
Lead our retail team in our Williamstown location while overseeing daily operations of the
OTC area. You'll build strong relationships with customers, provide expert health and
beauty advice, and ensure our store is beautifully presented to create an exceptional
customer experience.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy's retail section
Consult with customers on health and beauty needs
Lead and inspire the OTC team to deliver outstanding service
Implement retail strategies to achieve sales targets
Follow customer service and membership program protocols
Set up retail promotional activity in line with marketing campaigns.
Maintain presentation standards in the retail section of the store.
Train and coach the retail team through leading by example.
