We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, self-motivated pharmacist with prior management experience (preferred) to join our dynamic clients Pharmacy team in a busy pharmacy.

The successful candidate will need to:
§ Be an exceptional team leader with team building skills.
§ Have excellent customer service and patient counselling skills.
§ Previous management experience in retail pharmacy an advantage
§ Work well under pressure with other pharmacists and dispensary staff.
§ Develop and maintain a high level of professionalism.
§ Build professional relationships and work closely with local doctors and community health professionals.
§ Perform to the standards set by The Pharmacy Board of Australia, The Pharmacy Guild and QCPP
§ Have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritise workload when required.
§ Display a positive work ethic with a "can-do" attitude.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of the business which will consist of, but not limited to the following:
§ Managing dispensary operations
§ Ensuring customer satisfaction levels are met.
§ Providing management and leadership to both dispensary and retail staff
§ Achieving dispensary deadlines and targets
§ Achieving KPI’s and business objectives

The pharmacy hours are:
Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 6:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am - 12:30 pm
Sunday closed.
It runs the Fred dispense system, integrated with retail POS program. Your work will be autonomous, but you will have the full support of an organisation with exceptional store support services at head office level.
The suitable applicant must be registered with AHPRA and may be subject to a Police Clearance Certificate. Remuneration $55-$60 ph will depend on experience and be subject to a period of probation.
