About the role:

As a pharmacy retail manager, you’ll play a key role in the day to day operations of our community pharmacies. You’ll ensure the smooth delivery of retail services, lead and motivate teams and maintain high standards of customer service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily retail operations in line with pharmacy protocols and business goals

Lead and support pharmacy teams to deliver outstanding customer service

Oversee stock control, ordering, merchandising and promotional activity

Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and health & safety standards

Support staff development, performance and team culture

Work across different pharmacy sites in Victoria as required

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience is pharmacy retail management or senior leadership roles

Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and retail practices

Excellent communication and team leadership skills

Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and pharmacy systems

Flexibility to travel to multiple locations across Victoria

Availability for both casual and/ or permanent work
