We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Retail Manager who is confident in all areas of retail operations. This is a full-time position based in a busy pharmacy located in the Sunshine Marketplace Shopping Centre. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in community pharmacy—especially those with prior Priceline leadership experience.

About the Role:

As Retail Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the store. From team supervision and rostering to merchandising, stock control, and customer service, you’ll take ownership of the front-of-store operation and lead a capable team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support the retail team to deliver high standards of customer service

Oversee store presentation, visual merchandising, and promotional displays

Monitor stock levels, inventory control, and ordering

Create and manage staff rosters and process timesheets

Support and train team members for continued performance improvement

Ensure compliance with Priceline brand standards and QCPP requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3+ years experience in a retail management role (pharmacy experience preferred)

Proven ability to manage stock, visual merchandising, and store presentation

Strong leadership skills with a team-oriented approach

Excellent communication and organisational abilities

S2/S3 Certificate – essential

Certificate III or IV in Community Pharmacy – preferred, or willingness to complete

Proficient with Microsoft Office and retail systems
