This role places you at the centre of our Atlassian capability, helping to deliver client outcomes that align with the evolving vision of the Atlassian platform. You will work across discovery, design and delivery, supporting customers with real-world solutions powered by Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Loom, Rovo AI, and the Teamwork Collection.

What you will be doing

Be our Atlassian guru, helping clients connect people, information and work through the Atlassian Cloud platform and the principles of the Atlassian System of Work

Facilitate discovery sessions, live demonstrations and proof of concepts that clearly show how connected systems of work deliver measurable value

Design and configure modern architectures using Jira, Confluence, Loom and Rovo AI agents to support smarter collaboration and information flow

Build automation, integration and AI enabled workflows that reduce duplication, break down silos and enhance cross team visibility

Support adoption by working closely with clients to embed scalable usage patterns that create clarity, consistency and efficiency

Stay up to date with Atlassian’s evolving capabilities such as Teamwork Graph, intelligent search and AI enhancements, and apply them in real-world client solutions

Building industry specific solutions on the Atlassian platform

What we are looking for

At least five years of hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management in a professional services or internal delivery environment

Deep knowledge of Atlassian Cloud and familiarity with Data Center or hybrid environments

Experience using or designing with Rovo AI, Loom, and other modern Atlassian platform features

One or more current Atlassian certifications (for example ACP 100, ACP 120, ACP 400)

Experience working with customers in a consulting, implementation or solution design role

Confidence in facilitating discussions and tailoring solutions that deliver business value

A thoughtful, agile mindset with a strong focus on outcomes and continuous improvement

Availability during standard Australian business hours

Ideally based in Brisbane, though we are open to strong candidates based anywhere in Australia
