As we grow, we’re looking for an Automation Solution Engineer to ensure our customers succeed, from day one.

About the Role
This is a customer-facing, hands-on technical role where you will guide new customers through onboarding, help them unlock the full potential of the MinuteView platform, and embed automation into their business processes.

You will:

Onboard new customers via one-on-one or small group sessions

Understand the customer’s business and operational workflows

Help design and implement automations within MinuteView that meet real-world needs

Conduct live training and demonstrations

Be proactive in reaching out to customers to drive engagement and usage

Translate customer needs into practical, scalable configurations within the software

Partner closely with internal product and technical teams to feed in feedback and continuously improve the customer experience

What You’ll Need

Strong verbal and written communication skills — you’re confident leading meetings and explaining technical concepts in plain language

Experience in a customer success, implementation, or onboarding role, ideally for a SaaS or enterprise software product

A passion for solving problems and optimising workflows

Ability to understand and map business processes and user needs

Technical aptitude — comfortable configuring software, using logic-based tools, and learning new systems quickly

Proactive mindset — you don’t wait to be asked, you get ahead of customer needs
