Main responsibilities include:

• Manage a portfolio of 90–110 complex casualty claims from end to end.
• Investigate, assess, and negotiate claim outcomes with a focus on fair and timely resolution.
• Liaise with legal counsel, third parties, and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver exceptional service and clear communication to customers and partners.
• Work within a collaborative claims team to share knowledge and drive improvement.
• Contribute to a positive claims culture through teamwork, initiative, and continuous learning.

The ideal candidate:

• Experience in casualty or liability claims management (complex portfolios preferred).
• Or Legal liability background wanting to make the move into an insurer.
• Strong analytical skills and confident decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Customer-focused mindset with a high level of professionalism.
• Tertiary qualifications in law, insurance, or a related field are highly regarded.
• A team player who’s proactive, organised, and ready to make a difference.
