Our client, a leading financial services firm, is renowned for delivering innovative digital solutions and exceptional customer experiences. They are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Business Analyst to join their transformation team and drive impactful technology change.

Position Overview:

As the Senior Digital Business Analyst, you'll lead requirements analysis on a critical digital platform transformation project.

This role focuses on migrating and enhancing core digital processes to improve system performance and user experience.

You will engage with cross-functional teams, analyse complex digital systems, and deliver comprehensive analysis to support successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead digital business analysis activities on large-scale technology transformation programs
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and architecture teams to align business requirements with technical solutions
• Conduct thorough analysis of digital platforms, APIs, and system integrations to identify enhancement opportunities
• Develop detailed business requirements documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria for digital solutions
• Work closely with technology teams on system integrations, API implementations, and digital platform migrations
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to senior leadership and project teams
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate digital solution success and capture lessons learned

Qualifications/Experience:

• Minimum 7-10 years of business analysis experience with a focus on digital platforms
• Experience in digital transformation and platform migration programs
• Strong understanding of the Financial Services digital landscape - Retail or Business Banking
• Proven experience working with vendors and translating complex digital requirements
• Track record of successfully delivering business analysis on large technology programs
• Experience with system integrations, API implementations, and digital platform transformations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in agile, fast-paced digital environments
• Proficiency in digital business analysis tools and methodologies
