STF requires an Industrial Engineer to join our Bibra Lake team full time. This position requires the successful applicant to develop and implement procedures and processes to support the role.

To be successful for the position, you must have the following:

Appropriate Degree level qualification

Have at least 2 years of relevant experience and be able to provide references

Solid experience of at least a year within the Manufacturing and Distribution Industry.

Have strong communication skills

Be able to take ownership of your role and work unsupervised within a team environment.

Potential to develop into mentoring & training role
