About the Role
As part of our close-knit team, you’ll be responsible for driving new business, nurturing leads, and guiding clients through the early stages of their journey with us. You’ll work alongside the Head of Business Development, Estimators, and Project teams to ensure each opportunity is handled with care, precision, and purpose.
Your Key Responsibilities
Hunt for New Business
Prospect actively via EstimateOne, LinkedIn, and networking events to uncover high-quality project leads.
Engage and Qualify Leads
Respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. Qualify leads for project fit, size, location, and viability, ensuring alignment with Bach’s values.
Build Client Relationships
Introduce our services, assess client history, conduct credit checks, and help build trust and transparency from day one.
Support Estimating with Accuracy
Collaborate with Estimators to prepare complete, accurate project briefs, clarify scope, and ensure every quote reflects the client’s needs.
Follow Through, Every Time
Track proposals, follow up promptly, and be the go-to for scope clarifications, updates, and negotiations.
Manage CRM & Documentation
Maintain up-to-date records in Monday.com and Google Drive to ensure complete visibility across the sales pipeline.
Conduct Site Measures
Attend job sites to verify dimensions and conditions when required. Use your keen eye for detail to support accurate quoting.
Contribute to Tender Interviews
Join client presentations and clarify scope or documentation where needed. Help win work through confidence and clarity.
Drive Outcomes & Hit KPIs
Work to clear monthly conversion targets, maintain pipeline health, and celebrate team wins along the way.
What You’ll Bring
A natural ability to build rapport and communicate with clarity
Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with platforms like Monday.com, EstimateOne, and Google Workspace
A proactive mindset with a passion for teamwork and continuous improvement
Construction, commercial interiors or design industry experience (advantageous)
A current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one
