Sales Representative / Area Manager – TriTech Lubricants

We are currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Representative / Area Manager to service the Gippsland Region of Victoria. This is a territory that has an existing customer base but also has massive potential and is begging for the right Area Manager to take it to the next level. IMMEDIATE START, July 2025
This is an integral position in the business focusing on sales and selling solutions. It is fully supported and includes a competitive remuneration package, with an attractive bonus structure.
Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Promote the TriTech Lubricants business, brand and product range out in the field.
Service and maintain existing customer relationships in this established territory.
Identify and secure new customers through prospecting and business generation activities, as well as networking with industry contacts.
Use cold calling, referrals and other opportunity-generating techniques to grow sales in your area.
Must achieve monthly, quarterly and annual budgets.
Identify key industry trends and maintain an in-depth knowledge of key competitors.
General administration, order processing and customer support using our CRM system.
Attendance at trade nights, trade shows, field days and other expo events will be required from time to time. This may include some weekend and/or after-hours schedules.
The successful applicant must have an established work history/experience in customer sales and service. They must have proficient computer skills and the ability to multi-task within a fast-paced infield customer-facing environment.
A progressive attitude is required and 5 years of experience within a wholesale or trade sales environment is preferred.
Product knowledge and/or experience in the automotive lubricants industry or allied industries such as solvents or chemicals would be preferred. Introductory and ongoing training will be provided.
This is a Field Based selling and customer-facing role. Current Drivers License is required.

40 hours per week, range $70-$80K, bonus/commission system, plus 12.00% super, fully maintained vehicle, phone and tablet.
Bonus system based on KPI's.
