An exciting opportunity for a couple or a family to run a thriving yet still growing caravan park near Yamba. Experience in the industry is preferred. This is a small caravan park, but this position is too much for 1 person. There are no employees as such. It's all done in house.

4-bedroom onsite accommodation is part of the package, with free rent, wifi, electricity and water. We offer a profit share system based on your ability to grow the business. We have spent a lot of money upgrading the park this year and there is a lot of potential for growth.

DO NOT TRY AND RING US RE THE JOB OR YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. It sounds harsh, but you would be surprised how many people try. We are busy and will work through all applications as quickly as we can.

You will need an abn and a pty ltd company for this position.

Qualifications & experience

Previous caravan park experience preferred Handyman skills. Front office skills.

The ability to work unsupervised and be self motivated
RMS experience preferred.

Tasks & responsibilities

Responsibilities include

The day to day running of the park, cleaning overnight cabins, mowing, gardening, basic maintenance, overseeing contractors, admin, answering phones and processing payments
