The Role:

• Sourcing new business opportunities, with leads consistently provided by the sales team
• Collaborating with Sales Agents and the Property Management team
• Implementing and improving systems and procedures
• Maintaining and growing strong client relationships
• Providing professional advice and guidance to clients
• Coordinating and conducting rental market appraisals
• Responding to leasing enquiries via phone and email
• Assisting with general administrative duties

The Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Real Estate BDM
• Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Valid driver's licence
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• A proactive, team-oriented approach
