Tuff Tonneaus is an Automotive manufacturer growing rapidly in both Australia and the United States (under our U.S brand WildTop Truck Caps), and we need someone who can make the numbers sing and drive our campaigns forward.

About the role
This role is based in Victoria, at our Headquarters in Bayswater.
You will report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer (based in Texas) and work closely with the broader marketing team, including Chief Branding Officer (also based in Texas) and our own on site team including our Marketing Content Creator.
As a medium-sized business, you'll also collaborate with other departments such as Customer Service, Engineering, and Product Development to ensure strong cross-team communication around new releases, updates, and company initiatives. While our primary focus is expanding sales in the North American market, there’s plenty happening here in Australia too — so you’ll stay connected to both local and international efforts.
Your mission?
To coordinate, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns and projects across two exciting brands: Tuff Tonneaus and WildTop.
You’ll be the glue between strategy and execution — keeping marketing initiatives on track, websites running smoothly, budgets aligned, and performance insights sharp and actionable.
Major Role
To coordinate and manage the execution of marketing projects, digital campaigns, and eCommerce operations. Use data and insight to enhance performance, boost ROI, and drive online sales through clever optimization and reporting.
Specialty: Marketing Performance & eCommerce Analytics
Key Responsibilities of the Role are:
Campaign Coordination: Manage and track campaigns across Meta, digital publications, and eCommerce platforms. Work with Strategists and Designers to launch on-brand, data-informed campaigns.
Paid Social Marketing: Set up and manage Meta audiences, ad testing, and continual optimization to drive traffic and conversions.
Marketing Vendor Management: Liaise with website developers, photographers, printers, and other third parties to keep projects moving and on-brand.
Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance. Prepare regular reports with insights on ROAS, customer behavior, and channel performance. Suggest improvements for better results.
Competitor Research: Monitor online competitors, their product offerings, communication strategies, and performance.
eCommerce Coordination: Manage daily eCommerce operations, including product listings, collection launches, and digital content updates.
Pricing Support: Assist with pricing reviews and updates across all online platforms, supporting product margin goals.
Budget Tracking: Monitor marketing spend across channels and report against return on investment.
Qualifications
We're not looking for a textbook marketer. We’re looking for someone who is:
Naturally curious, resourceful, and analytical.
Confident navigating campaign platforms like Meta Business Manager and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta reporting, etc.)
Capable of juggling tasks, timelines, and talking to different teams
It is essential for this role that you have experience working with Shopify or other similar eCommerce platforms.
A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred — but practical experience and results matter more.
