About the role
The Manager Workplace Relations is a key leadership position in the People and Culture branch and leads the delivery of solution-focused industrial and employee relations consultancy and advisory services across the College.
The role provides advice on the application of industrial instruments, employment legislation, and human resources management matters, ensuring compliance and best practice.
The position manages complex negotiations and provides advocacy, dispute resolution and jurisdictional representation on behalf of the College.
To be successful in this role you will have experience in dealing with complex Industrial and/or Employee Relations matters and providing practical and strategic advice and support to Executive leaders, managers and senior members of the People and Culture branch.
