Australian HVAC Services is seeking a reliable and competent team member to join its business administration team in the unique and pivotal role of Team Field Resource Coordinator. You will be an integral part of our team at the Kewdale office, making a significant contribution to the seamless operation of our field services.

This role will suit an experienced operator who has the maturity to work effectively with all team members. The remuneration offered reflects this too. You will have the freedom to negotiate your working hours, allowing you to balance your personal and professional life as you see fit.

Working from the Kewdale office, the successful candidate will report to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

§ Schedule field staff based on job priorities and availability

§ Use company operating systems to log jobs, reporting, and manage workflow

§ Respond promptly to incoming service requests via phone, email, or portal

§ Coordinate planned maintenance and urgent repairs across multiple commercial sites

§ Liaise with clients and other stakeholders when and as required

§ Monitor and report on specific KPI’s

§ Maintain real-time records of job progress, technician productivity, and service KPIs

§ As a Field Resource Coordinator, you will be an active part of our team, collaborating closely with the General Manager and the Operations Manager to effect a safe, efficient and functional business operation that supports good morale for everyone. Your input and efforts will be integral to our success.

§ Generate service reports, compliance documentation, and client updates as needed

§ Contribute to internal team meetings, audits, and continuous improvement
