Western Irrigation, established in 1969, is a well-established and respected water resource contracting company with over 50 years of industry experience. With a strong reputation and a continued focus on delivering high-quality service, we are seeking an experienced Works Coordinator to join our Bibra Lake branch.

About the Role

As the Works Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in overseeing and supporting field activities at our Bibra Lake operations. Working directly or in collaboration with our Project Managers, you’ll help ensure successful project outcomes and maintain the high standards our clients expect.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating and overseeing fieldwork across various projects.

Supporting the pump and fabrication workshops, administration, and other Western Irrigation branches.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and suppliers.

Promoting Western Irrigation’s reputation for quality and innovation in water management.

About You

To thrive in this role, you will bring a strong combination of technical experience, leadership, and client-focused service.

You will have:

Extensive experience in irrigation and groundwater resource industries or a related field.

Proven track record in construction, maintenance, and fault-finding involving bores, pumps, filtration, and irrigation systems.

Experience with HSE and Quality Management Systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Your management skills include:

Strong task prioritisation and time management.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Capability to lead and instruct teams respectfully and effectively.

Sound administration and organisational skills.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Nationally recognised qualification or substantial industry experience.

Experience working in a customer-driven environment.

Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise on-site teams.

Current manual driver’s licence and First Aid certificate.

A restricted electrical ticket would be advantageous, but not essential.
