Our client, a global leader in industrial solutions with operations in over 40 countries, is currently seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join their Western Australian team on a 3 month full-time contract, with the potential for extension or transition into a permanent role.

Specialising in the manufacture of high-performance conveyor belts and industrial rubber solutions, our client is known for delivering quality, safety, and sustainability across local and international markets. Responsibilities

What your day will look like!

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
• Manage onboarding and induction processes to ensure a smooth and engaging new starter experience
• Support training coordination in line with development plans and compliance requirements
• Assist with HR projects that enhance employee experience and internal processes
• Help deliver employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
• Respond to general HR queries and support leaders across the organisation
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation accurately

Your Profile

What You’ll Bring:

• Prior experience in an HR Coordinator or similar HR support role
• Excellent attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the business
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A proactive, team-focused attitude and willingness to contribute across varied HR functions
• Desirable: Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.

This is a full-time position for an initial 3-month period, with flexibility for the right candidate and the potential for longer-term or permanent opportunities.
