What You'll Be Doing:
This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same. Your key responsibilities will include:
Maintaining and growing existing client relationships across trade, commercial and residential accounts
Identifying new business opportunities and nurturing leads from initial contact through to conversion
Supporting customer service operations, ensuring a seamless experience across online, retail and service channels
Coordinating internally with our service team, product specialists and store managers to ensure delivery excellence
Maintaining CRM notes, following up on quotes, and ensuring all client data is accurate and up to date
About You:
You’re confident, reliable, and motivated by strong relationships and real outcomes. You’re commercially aware, but not pushy — and you genuinely enjoy helping people find the right solution.
Experience in a client-facing sales, account management, or service coordination role
Previous work in a larger retail or service organisation (e.g., Petbarn, Bunnings, Supercheap Auto)
A solutions-first mindset with strong communication and follow-up skills
Ability to multi-task, manage priorities and take initiative without constant supervision
A genuine “can-do” attitude and a strong customer focus
Willingness to learn about pool products and systems (we’ll provide training)
Great time management and attention to detail
A valid driver's licence and willingness to visit clients when needed
Bonus points if you have:
Experience in the pool industry, service-based retail, or trade sales
The ability to troubleshoot and confidently recommend product solutions
