About Pacific Home Fashion:

Pacific Home Fashion is one of the leading Bed Linen factories in China with an exciting opportunity to join the Melbourne office in a Showroom Coordinator role. Pacific Home Fashion is a design led company who work with many large retailers worldwide.

Purpose of Role:

In this Contract Based role, reporting to the General Manager, you will be required to support the account manager/development team by coordinating samples, ensuring the showroom is always presented to the highest standard, instore and online research, visiting local trade shows and building business with new customers. The Melbourne team consists of three others, while the support from the China based office is 200+.

Key Responsibilities:

Co-ordination of showroom samples sent from China.

Accurately processing sales transactions and managing showroom inventory

Liaising with China team.

Assisting the Product Development team in Showroom Set Up.

Visiting stores to gain market intelligence.

Building business with new customers.

About You:

A driven, self motivated individual, who likes to work in a team, but can also work autonomously & be proactive. Shows initiative and offers feedback in group settings. Can show a good understanding of design and have an eye for commercial products. Experience in soft home or fashion based roles is desired. Happy to have a mix of office and work from home.
