About the Position

We’re on the lookout for friendly, energetic, and driven Sales Support Officers to join our Business Development team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact in our clients’ tax depreciation journey by answering their questions, reviewing property details, and helping them get the most out of their investment.

You’ll work closely with our clients and industry partners to promote BMT’s services, manage inbound and outbound activity, and help drive positive outcomes through personalised, professional support.

Your day-to-day will see you:

Explain the value and benefits of our tax depreciation reports to our clients

Review basic property details to assess if a report will help maximise tax deductions

Convert quotes to sales through warm and meaningful conversations

Seek out new alliances and partnerships to grow our client base

Respond to client enquiries with professionalism and accuracy

Promote BMT’s services and manage inbound and outbound activity

Deliver exceptional, personalised services that exceed expectations

Monitor competitor offerings and contribute to continuous improvement
