Doggy Daycare Attendant - Join the pack at Rizz'n'Bellas doggy daycare!

About us - At Rizz'n'Bellas, we're not your average dog salon. We combine expert dog grooming with a boutique-style daycare that puts quality, love and care above all else. Our daycare opened just over a year ago, and has been steadily growing every since. We typically care for 8-12 dogs per day (but can accommodate up to 20), giving each pup the attention, play and love they deserve.

We're now in an exciting growth phase and looking for a reliable, energetic dog lover to join our team - someone who can help care for our furry friends and support the expansion of our daycare community.

About the role - we are seeking a motivated part-time casual daycare attendant with a strong work ethic to join us at our Mona Vale location.

Responsibilities - maintain a safe environment. Provide high quality dog care (physical and mental, feeding, rest etc). Keep the space safe and clean at all times. Follow procedures. Create content for socials.

To thrive at our daycare you will need

A minimum of 6 months dog handling experience or a level 2 qualification in a related field (eg Animal care)

Availability to work a Monday - Friday roster

The confidence to work independently, take initiative, stay engaged, ask for guidance where required

To be proactive and observant, to naturally spot what needs to be done without being told

Excellent customer service skills, ability to build relationships with both team members and customers.

A Can-Do attitude and be a team player, helping out as needed with either bathing a dog or cleaning etc.

To think outside of the box and be creative to keep the dogs stimulated beyond ball throwing and Tugowar.

Basic content creation skills - We have been focusing on outreach via our socials (mainly Instagram), and we will need someone to help keep up this momentum, with daily story posts and 2+ reels a week.

Creative flair and event management planning skills for our pawsome parties, and to suggest new ideas.
