Role Overview

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Casual Front of House team member to be the face of Navia. This role involves welcoming guests, managing bookings, and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure. Ideal candidates will have a warm presence, strong organizational skills, and a passion for wellness.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience: Greet and assist guests, providing information about our services and facilities.

Bookings & Payments: Manage reservations, process payments, and handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

Maintaining Ambience: Ensure the reception, bathhouse and lounge areas are always clean, organised, and inviting.

Retail Support: Assist with the sale of wellness products in our retail section.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with therapists, the supervisor, and the manager to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience in customer service, hospitality, or a wellness-related field (preferred but not essential).

Strong communication skills and a welcoming demeanor.

Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable using booking/payment systems

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Strong initiative skills

Works well autonomously and within a team
