We are looking for a happy, enthusiastic Driveway & Customer Service Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive prompt and courteous service. Your positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed will be key to your success.

We are seeking a reliable casual to work in a roster system between the hours of 8am and 5pm Mondays to Friday and occasional Saturday mornings from 9 to 12pm. The hours will be approximately 20 - 25 hours per week.

Full on the job training will be provided.

JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor

Assist customers with drop-off and pick-up of their dry cleaning

Ensure accurate and efficient handling of customer orders

Maintain a clean and organized driveway and service area

Provide information about our services and answer customer inquiries

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and help out where needed

Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team
