Description
- Manage end-to-end facilities-related refurbishment and fitout project, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with relevant standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for assigned projects.
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project outcomes.
- Ensure all facilities management projects align with organisational objectives.
- Prepare detailed reports and updates on project progress for stakeholders.
- Supervise contractors and service providers to maintain quality standards.
- Maintain a focus on sustainability and operational efficiency throughout project execution.
Profile
The successful Project Manager - FM should have:
- Proven experience in facilities management or project management within the or similar industries, construction beneficial.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication.
- A solid understanding of project management principles, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in facilities management.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- A focus on detail, organisation, and problem-solving.
- Relevant qualifications in project management, facilities management, or a related field.
