Multiple Project Manager opportunities

As a Project Manager, you will oversee and support the delivery of school infrastructure projects, including new constructions, refurbishments, and facility upgrades. You will contribute across all stages of the project lifecycle, coordinating efforts between various stakeholders.

We are also seeking Project Directors and Senior Project Managers for the same project.

Role

Lead assigned infrastructure projects or workstreams from initiation through delivery and close-out.

Oversee procurement activities and manage consultants and contractors to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, risk registers, contract variations, and progress reports.

Facilitate stakeholder engagement with school staff, community members, and local authorities throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitor site activities for compliance and performance, escalating issues as needed and ensuring adherence to legislation, policies, and construction standards.

Essential Requirements

Demonstrated experience in managing infrastructure or capital works projects, ideally within the education or public sector.

Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes and project reporting requirements.

Qualifications in project management, construction, engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Current NSW Driver’s License and a willingness to travel to project sites across the state.
