About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Adviser to join our team at car service salisbury' in Salisbury, SA 5108. This full-time role is integral to ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their experience with our automotive repair and maintenance business.

What you'll be doing

• Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to clients, both in-person and over the phone
• Scheduling and coordinating customer appointments for vehicle servicing and repair
• Communicating job status updates and any additional repair needs to customers
• Handling customer inquiries, concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Assisting with the processing of payments and invoicing
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to customer interactions and service work
• Supporting the broader operations of the automotive workshop as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, ideally within the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional service
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to address customer needs
• Proficiency with computers and standard office software such as Microsoft Office
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
• A friendly, patient and professional demeanour
• A valid driver's licence
