About the Role

We are currently looking for an energetic Customer Service Officer to join our Internal Sales Support team based at our Torrensville Head Office.

Your primary focus will be to build customer relationships and ensure that customers’ orders are processed through to our scheduling team for deliveries to go out to sites. You will be the main contact for our customers from when the order is scheduled to when the delivery is complete.

Skills and Experience

• An understanding of WHS requirements
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and prioritise customer requirements
• Proven experience in working with various stakeholders across an organisation
• The ability to be adapt to customer requirements
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proven experience using Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel
• Able to work autonomously and in a dynamic team environment
• Experience in customer service and/or scheduling roles
