Outrigger Awnings is a small business located on the Northern Beaches, Sydney. We manufacture custom designed fabric awnings & sails. We specialise in the manufacture & installation of motorised & fixed fabric awnings for residential and commercial properties. We have well developed systems and a reputation for excellent customer service.
As Office Manager your responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office as the main point of contact for the business, by both telephone and email.
Accounts payable and receivable, and payroll.
Provide administrative support to the Director; scheduling appointments and installations; and maintaining records and databases.
Create and upload all social media content.
Monitor all orders with our suppliers.
Liaise with suppliers, creditors and our Accountant regarding financial record keeping.
The preferred applicant will have:
Positive attitude with 2+ years of office administration and customer service experience
Strong time management and people skills
Advanced computer skills and experience with online platforms
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
MYOB experience preferred but not essential
Engaging personality with optimistic outlook
Experience developing internal systems
