Aqualine is a fast-growing, family-run swim gear brand expanding into Australia - and we’re looking for a Sales Rep in Victoria to help us grow fast and grow right.

This isn’t a cushy account manager gig. It’s a fast-moving, on-the-road sales role for someone who can open doors, pitch with purpose, and turn conversations into orders. You’ll be out meeting swim schools, aquatic centres, and retailers - and making sure Aqualine becomes their go-to brand.

You’ll be doing:

Visiting and pitching to swim schools, aquatic centres, and retail stores

Finding and closing new business, not babysitting existing accounts

Planning your own schedule, hitting KPIs, and owning your territory

Merchandising product in-store and ensuring it sells through

Reporting activity, keeping your pipeline clean, and staying on top of the numbers

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Have sales or BDM experience (retail or sport industry ideal)

Are self-driven, organised, and accountable

Communicate well, can handle rejection, and bounce back fast
