NCH Australia is growing, and we’re looking for a high-performing, self-motivated professional to join our Maintenance Division sales team across North Queensland.

Covering a territory that spans from Mackay to Cairns, this role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to connect with a diverse customer base across key regional and industrial hubs. What you’ll do

Drive new business development and manage existing client relationships

Travel between Mackay, Townsville, Cairns, and surrounding regions

Deliver tailored maintenance solutions to customers across multiple industries

Engage decision-makers and key stakeholders in meaningful, results-driven conversations

Use structured systems to plan your territory, generate leads, and close deals

What we’re looking for

A motivated, proactive professional who enjoys travel and variety

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

A structured approach to time and territory management

Sales experience is helpful, but a strong work ethic and positive attitude matter more

A reliable vehicle and valid full driver’s licence

Confident English skills (spoken and written), and basic computer literacy
