About the Role

In this role, you’ll work under the guidance of senior engineers and project leads to deliver a variety of civil engineering projects—ranging from roads, bridges, and rail to land development and water systems. You'll take ownership of small projects or manage critical components of larger initiatives, applying your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills across the full lifecycle of design and construction.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop civil engineering designs, calculations, drawings, reports, and technical documentation using CAD and analysis software.
• Contribute to land development, transportation infrastructure, and water/sewer system projects.
• Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and project documentation.
• Support specification development and materials selection for civil systems.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, attending coordination meetings to align designs.
• Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and conduct site visits and inspections.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and client expectations.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

About You We’re looking for someone with:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience).
• Proven experience in civil design and analysis—ideally across multiple project types.
• Working knowledge of CAD tools and civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach to technical challenges.
• Interest in participating in professional development or local industry organizations.
