Site Engineer - Civil Construction

Location: Projects all local between Brisbane & Gold Coast
Job Type: Full-time permanent role
Salary: $80k-$95k + super + vehicle

About the Company

Our client is a respected civil contractor based out of South East Queensland who are doing exceptional things within the commercial civil space and have grown rapidly over the last 5 years across Queensland

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an dynamic project manager to step into a dynamic role offering both challenge and growth. To assist in the delivery of key projects across the Brisbane area and help to grow what is an already established business unit. Project locations are all within SEQ so you will be home everynight and have that good work life balance we are all looking for.

Key responsibilities include:

• Work across a variety of commercial, demolition & basement jobs
• Ensure daily work activities are delegated efficiently at pre-start
• Assist with QA, procurement and logistics
• Monitor and report on the progress of projects and make adjustments as necessary
• Plan and schedule work, and allocate resources to meet project objectives
• Coordinate and participate in safety meetings and inspections

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• Experience in civil construction in Queensland
• Tertiary education in Australia
• Experience working with commercial builders is an advantage
• Drive, determination & perserverance are a must!
