Job Overview

We are growing rapidly and are looking to continue our path of expansion with a motivated engineer to strengthen our team. We are currently seeking a Structural Engineer who is ready to make a real impact on our dynamic and growing business.

What You Will Bring to the Role

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or equivalent

Minimum of 3 years of structural engineering experience in Australia on residential, commercial and industrial projects

Proficiency in relevant engineering software; Structural Toolkit and AutoCAD are essential

Experience with Bluebeam, INDUCTA, SpaceGASS, or REVIT is advantageous

Strong knowledge of Australian Design Codes, Standards, and Regulations for loading, concrete structure, steel structure, masonry structure, timber structure, footing etc (e.g., AS1170, AS4100, AS3600, AS3700, AS1684, AS2870, AS1720, AS4055)

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

What Your Day Will Look Like

Apply advanced engineering principles and software tools to design and analyse structural systems, including steel, concrete, timber, and masonry components

Manage assigned projects from concept to completion

Prepare engineering reports, drawings, and certificates

Conduct site inspections to assess conditions and ensure compliance with design specifications

Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by the Director
