About The Role!
The Director, ICT leads a small team of motivated ICT professionals and works closely with the Chief of Staff! As well as providing leadership to the ICT team, this role is pivotal in leading the Guild's centralised ICT strategy, system security, tech infrastructure. This role is a full-time, ongoing opportunity and is based at the Guild’s National Secretariat in Canberra.
The key responsibilities of the role are:
Lead and mentor the ICT team.
Guide the Guild through technological changes.
Develop and implement ICT solutions to enhance user experience in line with business needs.
Plan and oversee ICT projects, technological infrastructure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct cost, value and risk analysis, and provide advice and suggested actions to management.
Provide advice to internal audits, ensure compliance with the Information Security Governance Framework & Information Security Policy, and provide governance and assurance in collaboration with Executive Leaders.
