The Education Directorate is seeking an experienced Director Workplace Relations to join our dedicated and supportive team. In this pivotal role, you’ll contribute to the negotiation and implementation of enterprise agreements and provide strategic advice on workplace relations within the ACT Public Service employment framework.

Eligibility/ Other Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in workplace relations or human resources (or equivalent) will be highly regarded.

About ACT Education Directorate
The Directorate identifies education priorities and the development of strategies, policies and planning for improved learning outcomes through the 87 ACT Government schools. The Directorate also registers non government schools.
The Taskforce was established to examine how to improve assessment and support for children and young people in ACT public schools with learning difficulties. Key issues considered included students experiencing language disorders, comprehension and processing disorders, dyslexia-related issues and significant difficulties in general numeracy and literacy.
